Terms of Sale
In order to avoid any unnecessary delays and disagreements during the course of entering into a sales contract, please make yourself familiar and accept the main Terms of Sale and Delivery offered by SIA “AFFUO”, unified reg. No. 40103971137 (hereinafter in the text referred to as AFFUO) as specified below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. All AFFUO product prices are VAT 21% inclusive. The product price does not include the shipping and delivery costs.
1.2. Prior to placing an order, please contact a customer service specialist to check the availability of the product in the warehouse. Call: - +371 20266220 or contact by email: – [email protected].
1.3. When placing an order, it is necessary to specify your email address so that the customer can receive any further instructions, such as an invoice – a dispatch note, and other documents needed.
1.4. The internet shop AFFUO reserves the right not to render a service if the internet shop is unable to reach the customer on the phone number or email provided.
2.1. You can pay for the product ordered or the delivery service selected through your PayPal account or by a bank transfer.
3.1. You can choose one of two product delivery options when placing your order: delivery in Riga or delivery within the territory of Latvia.
3.2. The delivery in Riga is provided by a courier service. It takes from 1-3 business days from the date of confirmation of your order for your products to be delivered. The delivery is provided at a time and to the location convenient to you as previously agreed. The delivery cost is EUR 1.99.
3.3. The delivery within the territory of Latvia is provided through the use of automatic parcel machines of Omniva. At the time of placing an order on the AFFUO website, simply select the parcel machine of Omniva as the method of delivery and specify which parcel machine of Omniva is most convenient to you. In 1-2 business days from the date when the customer consultant of AFFUO has informed you (by phone or email) that your order is prepared and ready, you will receive a text message that your order has been delivered to the selected delivery location and some instructions on how to proceed. You will need to collect the products within 3 business days after receiving the text message. The delivery cost is EUR 2.49.
3.4. The delivery out of the territory of Latvia is provided as agreed with a customer.
4.1. If there are any technical problems encountered during the use of the product, the product warranty service is provided according to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia. The product warranty period is specified in its description. At the time of making a purchase a customer is issued with an electronic invoice which includes all relevant information regarding the warranty service of the product. The invoice is prepared in an electronic form and it is valid without a signature. The purchase documents are valid only provided that they correctly and clearly include the following information: a product model, a serial number, the date of the sale. It is forbidden to make any changes to the purchase documents, delete or rewrite its data – if this is the case the warranty service documents are rendered invalid.
4.2. Any claims regarding the quality of products are settled according to the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia in line with the Cabinet Regulation No.631 “Procedures for the Submission and Examination of Consumer Claims Regarding the Non-conformity of Goods or Services with Contract Provisions” (Cabinet Regulation No.631).
